I own an iPhone and was amazed when my phone started giving me "advice". Since I'm having health issues that relate to walking I quickly realized how helpful my walking steadiness notifications are - and as I work to get my walking back to normal, check in frequently to see if my phone "agrees" with my assessment of my progress. My physical therapist thinks it's great also. Like having a friend along

This article is beneficial and well-explained.

As you have shown, I can now "browse" the Health Categories for a Mobility summary, which makes reviewing the results much more manageable than finding the ungrouped results in Favorites.

Thank you for this! I’ve been concerned about my steadiness and now I know it’s “ok”. Great tools and very useful to me as I age. Glad I have an IPhone with these wonderful data points!
